Tiahna has 20 years of experience working in customer service, expertise in client relationship management and sales in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia and North America.

She has successfully managed global accounts for 9 years with focus on developing customer relationship and increasing sales. Seven years of extensive experience in NDIS and Disability Employment Services (DES). Has held various roles, Account Manager (DES), NDIS Case Manager and NDIS Support Coordination.

Tiahna has passion for travelling, and has crossed six continents. Travelling not only teaches her about humanity, but also gives her the opportunity to give back and assist the under-privileged people such as the poor, the disabled and orphaned children.
