Services at our Panania clinic

CAHC Panania offers Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Psychology from our Anderson Avenue clinic, open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For patients who can’t attend in person, home visits and mobile services are available across the Georges River and Canterbury-Bankstown catchment. See our Home Visits page for coverage areas.

If you need a discipline we don’t currently offer at Panania, such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry or Massage Therapy, our other clinics nearby can help. Visit our Locations page for the full network.

We also have Vietnamese-speaking practitioners across all three disciplines at Panania. Just let us know your preference when you book.

Physiotherapy

Our AHPRA-registered physiotherapists support patients with musculoskeletal pain, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-operative recovery and chronic pain management. CAHC Panania is SIRA-registered and accepts Medicare CDM, WorkCover, CTP, DVA, NDIS, Support at Home and private health insurance. Appointments run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Exercise Physiology

Our ESSA-accredited exercise physiologists work with patients managing chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, cardiac disease, obesity and mental health conditions, as well as NDIS Capacity Building goals and return-to-work rehabilitation. Exercise physiologists hold a four-year degree accredited by Exercise and Sports Science Australia. Appointments run Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Psychology

Our AHPRA-registered psychologists provide individual support for anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, chronic pain, workplace stress, grief, relationship difficulties and other mental health concerns. Psychology at Panania runs under Medicare Better Access, so patients need a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from their GP to access up to 5 rebated sessions per calendar year. Rebate amounts change from time to time, so it’s worth confirming current rates with your GP or the clinic. Both in-person and telehealth appointments are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

About our Panania clinic

CAHC Panania brings Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Psychology together under one roof on Anderson Avenue, serving patients across Panania, East Hills, Padstow, Revesby, Picnic Point and the surrounding Georges River and Canterbury-Bankstown suburbs. Having three complementary disciplines on site means patients managing complex or co-occurring health needs don’t have to juggle multiple providers.

The clinic runs on a set schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

We accept Medicare CDM, Medicare Better Access (Psychology), NDIS, Support at Home, WorkCover, CTP, DVA and private health insurance, so most patients managing workplace injuries, chronic conditions, NDIS goals, post-operative recovery or mental health support can find a funded pathway here. For patients who can’t make it in, home visits are available across the Georges River catchment.

You can book via our Nookal booking system or by calling (02) 9129 0707.

Parking: Available directly opposite the clinic on Anderson Avenue.
