CAHC Doonside offers physiotherapy and exercise physiology from its location inside Rainbow Medical Centre on Rosenthal Street, available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Home visits and mobile services are available across the Blacktown catchment for patients who cannot attend in-clinic. For patients who need additional disciplines — occupational therapy, psychology, dietetics, podiatry, or speech pathology — the Blacktown clinic approximately 4 km away offers five disciplines Monday to Friday.
AHPRA-registered physiotherapists at CAHC Doonside support patients with musculoskeletal conditions, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain. Appointments are available Tuesdays and Thursdays (until 5:00pm) and Fridays (until 6:00pm).
ESSA-accredited exercise physiologists at CAHC Doonside support patients managing chronic conditions — including diabetes, cardiac disease, and obesity — as well as workplace injury rehabilitation and NDIS capacity-building goals. All exercise physiologists hold a four-year university degree and are accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Sessions are available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
