Shanna Yang

Shanna is a creative team player who graduated with degree in Diploma of Design and Architecture from UTS Insearch, as well as a current animation learning practitioner at University Technology of Sydney.

As a passionate storyteller, she has gained excellent communication and organisation qualities during her role as a Lead Coordinator and Treasurer in both Insearch and Drawing Circle UTS. Through her interest in hospitality, Shanna infects people with her ardour and positivity. She is keen to engage with people along with her compassion and understanding.

She aims for delivering exceptional customer service for clients along with fluent multilingual skills, including English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese Hokkien language. Shanna is constantly enhancing her professional knowledge and effective problem-solving capability as a team in CAHC She believes starting with a comfortable customer serving experience benefits patients’ physical and mental health.
