Sandy Ta

Sandy is passionate about empowering clients to reach their full potential, and to increase their independence in their everyday tasks. Using different techniques, altering the environment and prescribing new equipment, she works with participants across the lifespan. She aims to increase or regain one’s independence and support them to live with greater choice and control, including participating in meaningful life activities.

Sandy has experience in both hospital, school and community NDIS settings where she has worked with a variety of clients from paediatrics to older adults, and both physical and mental conditions. Her area of interests covers sensory integration, assistive technology, personal care, mobility and transfers, fine/motor/gross skills, play-based therapy and more.

In her spare time, you will find Sandy spending time with her cats, reading, listening to music and looking for new hobbies to start.
