PROFILE
Linting graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) (Honours I) and is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through movement. With a strong interest in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, she is particularly drawn to supporting individuals in managing chronic pain and returning to their daily activities with confidence.
During her Honours year, Linting completed a research project exploring the effects of mindfulness-based interventions on sleep, stress, and fatigue in people with chronic musculoskeletal pain. This experience deepened her appreciation for a holistic approach to care, blending physical rehabilitation with mental well-being.
Linting has gained hands-on clinical experience through placements in hospital, community, and private clinic settings, including Concord Repatriation General Hospital, Port Kembla Hospital, and SportsFizz Physiotherapy. She has also worked as a sports trainer, assisting AFL teams with injury management, taping, and recovery strategies. Her work as a disability support worker further strengthened her communication skills and empathy, and she brings a patient-focused, compassionate approach to all her interactions.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Linting values cultural sensitivity and clear communication in healthcare. She is committed to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and delivering care that empowers her clients.
Outside of work, Linting enjoys outdoor activities like climbing, cycling, and running, as well as cooking healthy meals to share with friends and family.
