Kajol Kunwar

Kajol graduated from Kathmandu University, Nepal. A versatile Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal, women’s health, and neurology. She is experienced in assessing and treating diverse conditions, from orthopedic injuries to women’s specific health needs, and cardiac recovery.

She strongly believes in providing evidence-based interventions, manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, specialised care for pregnant/postpartum women, and cardiac patients. She is committed to fostering holistic well-being and empowering patients to achieve optimal health outcomes in these critical areas. She uses various physiotherapy techniques such as patient education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription to help patients achieve their goals.

In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and going to the gym.
