PROFILE
Jessica Ko is a Physiotherapist who takes a hands-on, exercise-based approach to help people move better and return to the activities they love. She is passionate about delivering personalised care that supports recovery, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
Jessica completed her Bachelor of Science (Food and Nutritional Science) at The University of Hong Kong before moving to Australia to pursue her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra. Her academic background has shaped a holistic and evidence-based approach, with a strong focus on education and active rehabilitation.
She provides care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a keen clinical interest in sports injury prevention and management, women’s health, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic conditions, such as lower back pain, neck pain, and osteoarthritis. Jessica’s treatment style integrates manual therapy with personalised exercise programs to address pain, restore function, and empower patients to confidently self-manage their recovery for long-term wellbeing.
When she’s not in the clinic, Jessica hits the Pilates reformer or laces up for long-distance runs. With experience as a Pilates instructor, she brings a strong understanding of movement, exercise progression, and adapting programs to suit different abilities. She is known for her approachable, sincere, and supportive manner, and is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
