Christo Lau

Christo graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Her clinical training spanned across private practice, inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. This gave her experience in working with people of all ages and backgrounds, managing a diverse range of conditions and injuries.

Christo’s appreciation for the evidence-based practice approach stems from her hounours research program journey. She focuses on making clear and grounded treatment plans, providing patient-centred care, and empowering patients to feel confident in managing their own recovery. She brings warmth and curiosity to her clinical practice, providing a welcoming and supportive environment to her patients.

Outside of work, Christo enjoys exploring restaurants, watching a good series and listening to different genres of music, particularly Pop and Kpop.
