Whether you are at-fault or not and have sustained injuries from your Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) you are eligible for rehabilitation treatment up to a year.
From the initial Motor Vehicle Accident (can be present via steps or a flow diagram)
- See your Doctor:
If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, the first thing you should do is seek medical attention. Request a certificate of fitness from your doctor. - Notify the Police:
Report the accident to the police within 28 days and obtain a Police Accident Report Reference Number. - Contact and Lodge your CTP Claim:
Begin the claims process by contacting your CTP insurer. Provide them with details of the accident, other drivers involved, and any witnesses. Complete and submit the required form and supporting documents as requested by your CTP insurer. - Wait for a Decision:
CTP insurance will review your claim and contact you with a decision. If accepted, they will provide compensation for your injuries. - Come see us:
Once your claim is approved, you can come see us for Physiotherapy. Give us a call, and our admin can direct you to the nearest Physiotherapy center.
