Soddy Lee

Soddy is a compassionate and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of communication needs. She has experience working with children with speech. language, fluency, and social communication difficulties, as well as adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders. 

With a strong focus on client-centred care, Soddy is committed to delivering evidence-based practice and tailoring each session to suit the individual’s goals, strengths, and background. She uses functional, engaging, and developmentally appropriate strategies to support clients in reaching meaningful outcomes. Her sessions often incorporate play-based approaches for young clients and collaborative, goal-driven strategies for older children and adults. 

Soddy is known for her warm and approachable nature, which allows her to build strong rapport with clients and their families. Her easy-going personality helps create a safe, motivating, and supportive environment, where clients feel understood and empowered to participate actively in therapy. 

Being multilingual, Soddy offers therapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She values cultural responsiveness in her work and enjoys supporting families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. 

Outside of work, Soddy enjoys attending Pilates classes and exploring new walking trails. She also loves spending time with friends and family, and believes that staying connected and active helps her bring positive energy into every session.
