High blood pressure can be undetected as it often presents without noticeable symptoms. However, symptoms that may indicate high blood pressure includes:
🟢 Headaches
🟢 Dizziness
🟢 Chest pain
🟢 Difficulty breathing
🟢 Blurred vision or vision changes
🟢 Buzzing in ears
🟢 And many more
The best way to find out if you have hypertension is by getting a blood pressure check.
Factors that can increase the risk of developing high blood pressure includes:
🟣 Older age
🟣 Genetics
🟣 Being overweight or obese
🟣 Not being physically active
