This week marks Womenโs Health Week (4th โ 8th September 2023) to serve as an important reminder for all women to look after their health and wellbeing.
This yearโs theme is ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐.
It is about supporting women to make informed decisions about their health with information thatโs easy to understand.
Run by Jean Hailes, the national not-for-profit organisation provides new information and resources on a range of topics including, hormones, PCOS, menopause, cervical screening self-collection, heart health, persistent pelvic pain, and nutrition.
Prioritising womenโs health, physical, psychological, emotional, and social wellbeing, has never been more important. During National Womenโs Health Week (NWHW), women and girls are encouraged to reflect on their individual needs and take steps to improve and maintain their overall health.
Here at Complete Allied Health Care, we have many providers that are experienced in womenโs health.
