Timothy Lau

Timothy is a Physiotherapist who graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a strong focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury management, and post-operative rehabilitation. He is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to support individuals in achieving optimal physical performance and returning safely to sport.

Timothy has gained extensive clinical experience across multiple hospital settings, managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. In addition, his involvement in sports coverage, including AFL, Rugby Union, and NPL soccer, has allowed him to develop advanced skills in the assessment and management of acute sporting injuries, rehabilitation, and return-to-play planning.

He adopts a structured and patient-centred approach, combining thorough clinical assessment, hands-on therapy, and individualised exercise prescription to address the underlying causes of injury and optimise recovery outcomes. Timothy has a particular interest in sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spinal conditions, and return-to-sport management.

Outside of clinical practice, Timothy enjoys an active lifestyle through running, cycling, martial arts and skiing. He also likes to travel the world and explore different cultures.
