I’ve had an excellent experience with Psychologist Angela Ong and Physiotherapist Duy Nguyên at Completed Allied Health Care Centre in Canley Heights.Angela Ong has been very understanding and supportive, helping me manage stress and anxiety while providing practical coping strategies in a safe and comfortable environment.Duy Nguyên has also been professional and caring, guiding me through exercises and treatments that have helped improve my mobility.The receptionist is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and supportive care.

Our experience with Complete Allied Health Care was distressing and I felt it’s important to share this as a word of caution for other families.My mum initially attended physiotherapy for mild knee pain to help improve her walking and build strength. She was not dealing with a major injury, just some discomfort and reduced mobility.During her sessions, she was reportedly placed on gym equipment (including a leg press machine) that she had never used before and she said she was left unsupervised at times while using it. Shortly after a few days, she developed increased pain and noticeable swelling/ bruises where she was unable to walk.When we returned to raise concerns about the swelling and worsening pain, we felt brushed off and were not taken seriously. It only seemed to escalate once we requested formal reports. After that, multiple people we had never met, including different managers and even someone described as a friend of the boss, began contacting us via phone and email.We were told that CCTV showed her “walking out fine,” implying nothing had happened. However, pain and internal injury are not always immediately visible.After pushing for further investigation and advocating strongly for her, we obtained an MRI, which confirmed a meniscus tear.Our concern was not just about the diagnosis, but rather• Lack of supervision on unfamiliar gym equipment
• Dismissal of early swelling and pain concerns
• Feeling unheard until formal documentation was requested
• Defensive communication rather than supportive careFamilies should not have to fight to be taken seriously when an elderly parent is in pain.My mother is a kind person who ultimately chose not to pursue it further because she didn’t want conflict. Unfortunately, she now walks with a limp to this day. We also sought other professional opinions from a knee specialist, who questioned the appropriateness of the exercises prescribed to her given her presentation.Please be cautious, ask detailed questions about supervision, and advocate firmly for your loved ones.I hope no other family has to go through the stress and emotional toll that ours did.

Shout out to Duy Nguyễn who has massively helped me with a chronic tear I had in my elbow and sharp cutting pain in my knee which made me limp badly.From the start I saw significant improvements with every treatment and his clear and firm guidance has almost completely addressed the pain in my elbow after 3 months and also taught me how to get my knee working properly which has given me back my mobility.Highly recommend Duy if you happen to have problems with your elbow or knee.

Lenny has been absolutely amazing! When I first came in, I was in alot of pain and unsure how long recovery would take. Lenny was kind, encouraging, and really took the time to understand my situation. Thanks to his care, I’m now back to my usual activities and feeling so much stronger. Duy is awesome! He’s super knowledgeable, funny, and makes you feel really comfortable from the start. I’ve been seeing him for my recovery and he’s helped me make great progress. He explains things in a way that actually makes sense and keeps the sessions light and positive. Highly recommend him if you want someone who knows their stuff and makes physio something you actually enjoy!

Duy encouraged me to try cupping for the first time. It really helped my back discomfort a lot. He reassured me that I would be healed up within a short time by following the exercise plan and coming to Physio twice a week. I have full confidence in his advice because 12 hours after his massage and cupping I feel so much better and freer in my ability to move. The main benefit of his personable manner is his reassurance that i have just strained some muscles around my back bone so it’s nothing to worry about in terms of being in chronic pain.

Lenny is really good in guiding me to full recovery. He had lot of patience in listening and get some understanding about my injury. Then he will suggest some good exercises for recovery. Also the centre communicates with me very well to get my appointments done and also whenever to change my appointment to suit my needs.In 2.5 months time, I had recovered from my injury and I would say the exercises suggested by Lenny is the main reason for my recovery. He really understands what type of exercises to suggest for varies injuries. They have very good facilities which will cover all type of recoveries.Overall I would highly recommend CAHC for those who needs physiotherapist.

I had a total hip replacement done to get fit to return to work, I had been seeing missValentina Khiek as my Exercise Physiologist. She is excellent with the job very attention to detail tailored for my fitness exercise. I’ve been coming to CACH for the last year and cannot speak more highly of the treatment that I have received from Tony. Tony took the time to understand my needs and tailored my program to ensure that my healing was maximised. He has been able to develop a program that has increased my mobility and significantly reduced the pain. Highly recommend!Nicki the Podiatrist was great and the staff here are all round super welcoming too (helps if you’re anxious about these sorts of things). Nicki’s way of work is of high standard and she is super informative on not only the procedures she’s doing but also your recovery procedures that we need to do as clients. Overall great service and highly recommend.

I would highly recommend many of my clients who see Tony at Complete Allied Heath care for Physiotherapy sessions especially if they speak Vietnamese and I must admit that my clients absolutely adore Tony and enjoy their therapy sessions with him. Tony is very friendly and polite to my Vietnamese clients and has proven to be very helpful and beneficial to maintain their current mobility and mood. I have been present at a few of Tony’s appointments and it is evident that my clients are happy to see Tony and are more than willing to try their best during their session and go above and beyond their strength. Tony is very encouraging and at the same time very transparent when it comes time to discussing the short term and long term goals with my clients. Many of my clients have commented on their progress since working with Tony and it has been great so far. I have trusted Tony to see a few of my challenging Vietnamese clients and Tony has proven to break down their walls and make a lasting impression of himself where they would request to see Tony again.Besides his friendly personality and professionalism, he has shown his skills of being a highly trained Physiotherapist when it comes to working with clients who have a broad range of disabilities.

I was recommended complete allied health care as my main physiotherapy centre after sustaining a pretty major knee injury. The Team here are absolutely helpful and professional. I have been working with Steven Mai for quite a number of weeks to mitigate the pain and build strength back into my knee and he has been nothing but kind, helpful and understanding of my situation, keeping a close eye on every step of my progress as well as offering quality advice and tips on pain management and exercise.Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone.

I highly recommend Duy as a physio! He’s funny, friendly, and full of positive energy — always greeting you with a big smile. You can tell he’s truly passionate about what he does, and it shows in the quality of his care. Duy is skilled in soft tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, and cracking, and he knows exactly how to make you feel better after each session. If you’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with a great personality, Duy is the one to see!David is a fantastic physio! Not only is he very knowledgeable and thorough with his treatments, but he also has a warm and approachable personality that makes you feel at ease straight away. Booked appointments bought with Tony (Physio) and Nicki (Podiatrist). Both were amazing and very helpful in assisting with any issues I have about my health.I booked in with Tony due to having difficulties with my left shoulder and neck and turns out I have an elevated first left ribcage which Tony then provided me a program to follow. It has been just over a month now and I am definitely already feeling a lot better as majority of the pain has now gone away.Booked in with Nicki as I felt that I had underlying issues with my feet and could definitely feel it affecting me during all my sessions. Turns out there were multiple contributing factors and I was honestly not surprised at this point as I never really thought there was much maintenance required for my feet. Learnt a lot from the 1 session alone and will definitely take better care of my feet..Overall, amazing experience and could definitely see the passion the two have in providing people assistance with their health. Definitely will come back!

I highly recommend Tony from Complete Allied Health Care Canley Heights. The clinic is conveniently located next to a carpark and has a team of super friendly, professional, experienced, caring and empathetic therapists who tailor programs to your specific concerns. I had issues with my hip/shoulders and an injured thumb and after seeing Tony, my condition has considerably improved and I feel so much better and lighter. Thank you, Tony! After visiting so many other physios, you’re definitely the best! 😊
