The Role:
- Assess patients with musculoskeletal conditions varying from work related, motor vehicle accidents, NDIS, HPC, sports and general private consultations.
- Provide appropriate treatments such as manual therapy, electrotherapy modalities (shockwave), exercise prescription, fracture management and patient education.
- Varied settings including at local centres, homes, local gyms, pools and workplaces.

Physiotherapy Graduation Program:
We offer a comprehensive 6 months graduate induction program designed to develop you into a knowledgeable and confident clinician, including:
- Weekly one-on-one meetings with a Senior Physiotherapist.
- Monthly face-to-face practical workshops exclusively for first-year graduates.
- Regular in-house in-services/workshops.
- Ongoing case management support and case studies from the Physiotherapy division.
- Access to our digital clinical library.
- Undergo a shadowing period with an experienced Physiotherapist before taking on your own caseload.
About You:
- Organised team player who is willing to adapt, learn, and improve.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Strong ability to maintain relationships with patients and referrers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
- Entrepreneurial aspirations.
- Full AHPRA accreditation.
- Eligibility for registration with Medicare and SIRA.
- Professional indemnity insurance, valid police check, and working with children check.
- Current drivers licence and own vehicle.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language skills are advantageous.
