Harry graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. He firmly believes that exercise serves as medicine, empowering daily functional capacity and fostering lasting improvements in both lifestyle habits and emotional health. To Harry, the ability to move is a gift that should never be taken for granted, but a privilege we should all embrace every day.He is passionate about building helping individuals feel better, and move better to help them achieve their goals

Outside of work, Harry’s hobbies include going to the gym and rock climbing. He also enjoys cooking and spending time with his cats in his spare time.
