Oscar Lam

Oscar completed his physiotherapy degree with honours at the University of Sydney. He has a keen interest in the management of sports and work-related injuries, as well as pre and post-operative rehabilitation.

Oscar’s passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy stemmed from the experience of sustaining a complete ACL tear at sport, which has also allowed him to understand the physical and psychological impacts of an injury.

Oscar strongly values evidence-based practice and patient-centred care, and he believes the best outcomes are achieved by providing individualised treatment plans for his patients. Oscar places a strong emphasis on in-depth education, exercise prescription and manual therapy to help his patients to understand the nature of their conditions, recover and prevent re-injury.

Outside of work, Oscar enjoys running, playing basketball and going to the gym.
