2 weeks ago our Physiotherapy team attended the Mulligan Upper Quadrant Course and have been excited to put their new techniques to good use.
These low force mobilisation techniques will help to get your stiff and tender joints moving again while trying to avoid aggravating your symptoms.
See below pictures of the team practicing:
– NAGs (Natural Apophyseal Glides)
– SNAGs (Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides)
– MWMs (Mobilisation with Movements)
– Traction
If you have any limitations in movement due to pain or stiffness, ask one of our experienced Physios if the Mulligan techniques are right for you. BOOK NOW at https://completeahc.com.au/online-booking/ or CALL (02) 9060 9722.
