PROFILE
Andy graduated from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), holding a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Through his studies, he developed a strong belief that exercise is one of the most powerful forms of medicine. He is passionate about the role movement plays in improving not only physical health, but also mental wellbeing, independence, and overall quality of life.
Andy has gained first-hand experience across a variety of settings, including private clinics, hydrotherapy pools, gym environments, and home visits. These experiences have allowed him to work with clients managing a wide range of chronic and complex conditions, including musculoskeletal, cardiometabolic, neurological, and mental health presentations. He is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs that improve function, reduce symptoms, and empower clients to achieve meaningful goals.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys staying active through touch football, soccer, and badminton, and values spending quality time with friends and family. These activities help him maintain balance and reinforce the importance of teamwork, wellbeing, and connection—values he brings into his professional practice as an Exercise Physiologist.
