As a Chartered Accountant, Damien brings a strong background in business services and tax, helping family groups and SMEs make confident structuring and compliance decisions that support long-term growth.

In his role, Damien partners with the leadership team to strengthen financial reporting and governance, drive budgeting and forecasting, and improve cash flow visibility and decision-making across a multi-site allied health environment. He is known for a practical, solutions-focused approach and for translating complex financial and tax matters into clear, actionable insights.

Outside of work, Damien enjoys running and spending time with his family.
