Duc Anh Do Ta

Duc is a Physiotherapist from the Australian Catholic University with a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and holistic care. He is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Drawing on experience across hospital and private practice settings, Duc takes a practical and person-centred approach that focuses on restoring function, preventing re-injury, and promoting long-term wellbeing. His sessions combine education, tailored exercise programs, and hands-on therapy to empower each patient to take an active role in their recovery.

When he is not in the clinic, Duc enjoys running outdoors and working out, maintaining an active lifestyle that reflects his commitment to his health.
