Bailey Wang

With a Master of Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics, Bailey brings a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for promoting independence and wellbeing through meaningful activity. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she values cultural awareness, communication, and prioritises the safety, wellbeing and rights of clients.

Her clinical experience includes a variety of settings, including post-stroke and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, aged care, and paediatrics. Across all these areas, she demonstrated an empathetic and client-centered approach, building strong rapport with clients and tailoring interventions that respect individual goals, values, and cultural backgrounds. As a therapist, she is committed, responsible, and always striving to empower clients through  personalized  rehabilitation, training, and minor home modifications. She takes pride in delivering care that is both evidence-based and compassionate.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through tennis, bouldering, and fishing. She is also a devoted animal lover and finds joy in connecting with pets and the natural world—activities that often mirror the therapeutic balance of movement, connection, and calm that she seeks to promote in her practice.
