He loves to continually enhance his current skill sets through hands on learning to improve and provide the best rehabilitation. Paul believes that by only experiencing an injury, you’d truly understand its effect, therefore he takes great care in researching the physical and mental aspect of rehabilitating injuries.

Andrew is a passionate supporter for the merits of movement therapy and dedicated to enhancing individuals’ health and well-being. He values person-centred care and understands everyone’s individuality which is why he values rapport and getting to know the clients he interacts with; to recognise and understand everyone’s interests and passions as we work towards their tailored goals.

Through personal, research and clinical experience, the inevitable link between physical and mental health has become central to his treatment approach.
His view is that exercise is a great privilege and a wonderful tool to build confidence, esteem, and quality of life. He is also insistent that there are many exercise options to explore outside the gym environment!

Jonathan’s approach emphasises autonomy and self-sufficiency. He crafts personalised exercise programs, guiding patients to understand and embrace their bodies’ potential. His commitment to holistic health extends beyond sessions, as he continually seeks new knowledge and skills to enhance his practice.
🙋♀️ Victoria Liang
Victoria believes that exercise is medicine, and most people will be significantly benefited in their functional abilities, lifestyle behaviours and emotional wellbeing by implementing exercise to their daily life routine.
She is also passionate about building client rapport to not only assisting clients to feel better, but also supporting them moving towards their goals.

Throughout his experience, he has gained valuable clinical knowledge in assisting patients of varying domains with a big emphasis on treating the patient for who they are; rather than the condition they have. Kavin has always been interested in exercise, health as well as the body’s kinematics encompassing the whole role of Exercise Physiology.

Hadeel combines her knowledge with a deep passion for empowering individuals and guiding them toward their health and wellness goals. Her approach is all about collaboration with the patient. She believes every person’s journey is unique, and she works with my patients to facilitate a meaningful, evidence-based exercise journey that fosters autonomy and can be implemented into their daily lives.
Our Exercise Physiologists help develop and carry out exercise programs for rehabilitation, management and prevention of injuries and associated Chronic Diseases.
