About Complete Allied Health Care:

The Role:
We are seeking full-time Occupational Therapists for our Southwest and Western Sydney regions. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial assessment and ongoing intervention to NDIS and Support at Home participants in clinic or at the participant’s home, for participants across the lifespan and including complex cases.
- Mentoring of junior Occupational Therapist, including review of reports.
- Assistive equipment prescription and minor home modification recommendations. (Experience and knowledge in major home modifications is an advantage).
- Provide quality clinical opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing and completing functional capacity assessments.
- Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication.

About you:
- Organised and flexible team player who is willing to adapt, learn and improve.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients and referrers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills. (documentation, correspondences, reports).
- Full AHPRA accreditation.
- Eligibility for registration with Medicare.
- Professional indemnity insurance, valid police check and working with children check.
- Current drivers license, own vehicle and willingness/ability to travel to participants.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.
