Nicki Dang is passionate in all areas of Podiatry, including general foot care with a focus in diabetes assessments/management, dermatology (corns, callous, warts, ingrown toenails) and high-risk wound care. As an NDIS provider, Nicki has a strong foundation of knowledge in helping people with disabilities and their lower limb health.
Nicki has a keen interest in weight training and is a novice powerlifter, which drives her knowledge in Biomechanics and Sports Medicine. She regularly trains on a competitive level and competes in hopes to become part of the Australian Powerlifting Union on a state/national level. Utilising her sporting experience with her strong Podiatric background, Nicki is able to provide a holistic and multi-faceted treatment program to help her patients reach their optimal lower limb goals.
With exceptional knowledge in lower limb biomechanical pathologies, including but not limited to: heel pain, plantar fasciitis, 1st MTPJ pain, ball of foot pain, nerve entrapment midfoot pain. Her strong foundation in strength and conditioning exercises allows her to understand and improve oneโs performance and mobility to work toward walking pain-free.
